USA Orders

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $35 or more.

For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You can also choose upgraded shipping options:
• USPS Priority Mail – $10 (estimated 2–3 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail Express – $35 (estimated 1–2 business days)
• UPS – Rates and delivery times vary

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays depending on season or volume.

🌍 International Orders

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International.
Estimated delivery times range between 10–20 business days, depending on the country.

Please note:
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, and some packages can take up to 35 days.
We have no control over customs processing times or additional delays once the package leaves the US.

Customs Fees / Duty Charges

We are not responsible for any import taxes, VAT, or customs duties that may apply once your package arrives in your country.
These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping charges.

Tracking Your International Order

Tracking numbers for international orders usually only update while the package is in the United States.
Once it leaves the US, updates may pause until the package is delivered.
If your last update shows a US city (like Miami, FL), that simply means your order is en route overseas.

Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact USPS.
Once a package leaves our office, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After that, we may not be able to cancel it, as it could already be in production or processing.
