What is your processing time?
We make every effort to ship your jewelry as soon as possible. Items will process and ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. You will be notified when your package ships with tracking information.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free US shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping in the USA should take 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail(FREE) . We do have faster options: USPS Priority should take 2-3 days, and USPS Priority Express should take 1-2 days. Please note: these are estimated times, and are NOT guaranteed by USPS. International shipping takes 7-21 days via USPS First Class International.
If I am not happy with my order can I return it?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of the order date. Items must be unworn with the original packaging.
US Orders: Send your earrings back within 30 days of ordering using a pre-paid label. You can choose either store credit (free return shipping) or a refund to the original payment method ($5 return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund).
International Orders: Send your jewelry back within 30 days of ordering. You can choose either store credit or refund to the original payment method. Buyers will be responsible for shipping the package back to us.
Can I exchange my earrings?
Yes! You can choose another style of earrings If you want something else, you can choose store credit to get something you love!
