What is your jewelry made of?
We offer two types of materials:
• Solid 10K Gold (used in our classic screw-back studs)
• 18K Gold-Plated Stainless Steel (hypoallergenic & waterproof)

All pieces are safe for sensitive skin and designed for long-lasting everyday wear.

Can I shower or sleep with my jewelry?
Yes! Our jewelry is waterproof and designed to withstand everyday activities—including showering, sleeping, and workouts.

🧷 EAR STACKS & CUSTOMIZATIONS

Can I create my own ear stack or mix & match styles?
Yes! You can mix and match your favorite studs—no need to buy full pairs.

Do you sell extra screw backs?
Yes, we do! If you can’t find the listing, email us and we’ll send you the direct link or assist you.

What is your processing time?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free US shipping on orders over $35.

How long does shipping take?
• Domestic (USA): 2–5 business days with USPS First Class (FREE)
• Priority: 2–3 business days
• Priority Express: 1–2 business days
• International: 7–21 business days via USPS First Class International

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if I’m not happy with my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

• US Orders:
Send your earrings back within 30 days. You may choose:
— Store credit (with free return shipping)
— Refund to original payment method (minus $5 for return label)

• International Orders:
Return within 30 days. You can choose store credit or refund. Buyers cover return shipping costs.

Can I exchange my earrings?
Yes! You can exchange for another style or choose store credit to get something you love.
