Return Options
U.S. Orders:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Orders:
Please return your item within 30 days of ordering. You may choose either store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
Returned jewelry must meet these conditions:

Unworn, with no signs of use (including perfume, marks, or scents)

All original packaging included
Returns will be processed within 1–2 weeks after we receive your package. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchange Options
If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us at liv.auratj@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are free of charge and subject to item availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
